Refund policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can request a return of eligible unworn, unwashed items for in store credit within 14 DAYS of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • All returns must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, animal hair, etc. 
  • Swimwear & Intimates: customers must try on items wearing undergarments; if you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place, the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed, altered or if the item shows sign of wear.
  • Items purchased on sale or noted as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Returns from different orders cannot be combined and processed as one.
  • Shipping charges and shipping protection are nonrefundable. 
  • Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of the returned items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a gift card for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return handling costs). 

Please note that if inventory is not immediately available, the use of store credit gift card may need to be postponed to a later date due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our collection release schedules. 

We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 7 to 10 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your return once finalized.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at hello@isamarcollection.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we are not always able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or alternative item, we recommend following the returns process for the original item and purchasing the new item with your store credit. You may also contact us to see if an exchange is an option based on available inventory.
